Camburn Shephard - Crystal
Camburn Shephard is a lifelong resident of Crystal, N.D. He is a fourth-generation potato farmer and a proud U.S. Navy veteran, having participated in the top-secret Project Azorian. Involved in various local and statewide organizations, Camburn has served Park Township for 21 years – as clerk for six years and as a chairman for 15 years. He founded MinnDak Bargaining Co-op, served 17 years on the Simplot negotiating committee, served on the Vikur Church council and as a Crystal Co-op director. Currently, he serves as a board member of Potatoes USA. Camburn and his wife Jane have two daughters and four grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and being involved in organizations that bring positive results to the community, state and nation while maintaining time with family.
